At IntelliClean Robotics Pty Ltd (“IntelliClean Robotics”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), your satisfaction is important to us. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your rights as a consumer. This policy outlines when and how refunds, repairs, or replacements may be provided.
1. Australian Consumer Guarantees
Under the ACL, you are entitled to:

2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

The product is returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

A valid proof of purchase is provided.
In such cases, return shipping costs are your responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Products sold by IntelliClean Robotics may come with a manufacturer’s warranty in addition to your consumer rights. Warranty coverage and terms vary by product.
